Please make sure you (or someone else over the age of 18) is available and able to take delivery on the selected date during this time.
We cannot deliver goods without an authorised signature, and drivers are only able to deliver to the main ground floor entrance.
Kindly inspect your goods thoroughly and report any damages, faults or errors to us within 24 hours of receiving the order. We recommend that you refrain from scheduling any professional trades people until your goods have been received and inspected. Please do not commence installation until you have all your goods and are satisfied that they are as ordered.
